Restarting your router can often be the quickest way to get back online if you're having trouble with your connection.

  • Simply switch the router power off at the wall or unplug the power cable
  • Wait 30 seconds
  • Turn the router back on or plug it back in
  • Wait 5 minutes for the router to reconnect
