Before ordering, please use our broadband checker to make sure that CityFibre FTTP service is available for your property

CityFibre FTTP is a broadband-only service. No phone service is provided or required. If you are interested in adding phone service, you can add our Hosted VoIP.

Minimum contract term of either 1 or 12 months applies (you can select your preference below). If you complete checkout you are agreeing to your selected minimum contract term, and you will be under obligation to pay. Changing your mind after placing an order may result in cancellation fees if we have already started to work on your order.

We strongly recommend using one of our FRITZ!Box routers, as they’re battle-tested and we know that they work well on our network to get the best possible speeds. Not sure which router to pick? Learn more about our FRITZ!Box routers here. If you use our routers, our support team can also provide extended support for your router even as far as helping you with things such as changing your Wi-Fi settings, configuring port forwarding, and more. If you're planning to use your existing router, please be sure to thoroughly read our FAQs first.
