Import a single number from a previous in to File Sanctuary from your old provider.

If you have more than one number you need to import, you can add multiple Number Imports to your cart before completing checkout.

Failed ports are still chargeable, so please fill out the form carefully. We strongly recommend adding pre-order validation to reduce the risk of the port failing.

Number to Import * The phone number you wish to import, without spaces -- for example 01234567890

Losing Communications Provider (LCP) * Provide the name of the provider you are porting your number to us from

Installation Address * This should exactly match the address the Losing Communication Provider has associated with the number -- this should be the address that the line is installed at, if this differs from your billing address

LCP Account Holder Name * This should match the account holder's name that the Losing Communication Provider has on file -- some carriers require this as a form of verification

LCP Account Holder Email This should match the account holder's email that the Losing Communication Provider has on file -- some carriers require this as a form of verification

LCP Account Holder Job Title This should match the account holder's job title that the Losing Communication Provider has on file -- some carriers require this as a form of verification (only required for Business account holders)

LCP Account Type * This should match your account type at the Losing Communication Provider has on file -- some carriers require this as a form of verification

LCP Account Number This should match your account number (if any) at the Losing Communication Provider has on file -- some carriers require this as a form of verification

999 Emergency Contact Name * This information is to assist the 999 Emergency Service response and you have a legal obligation to ensure this information is provided fully and accurately to the best of your ability

999 Emergency Contact Address * This information is to assist the 999 Emergency Service response and you have a legal obligation to ensure this information is provided fully and accurately to the best of your ability -- this should match the primary address where the line will be used

999 Emergency Contact Phone Number * This information is to assist the 999 Emergency Service response and you have a legal obligation to ensure this information is provided fully and accurately to the best of your ability
