Create new Support Request
High priority support tickets are for use by server and hosting customers in emergencies only
(server down, major service outage, etc).
This feature is not available for any other services such as broadband services, phone lines, security services, or backup services.
Creating a high priority ticket will cause on-call staff to be paged, waking them if necessary. As such, we politely request that you only use this option for critical issues. Lost passwords do not qualify as emergencies.
Unauthorised use or misuse of this feature, especially out-of-hours, will result in a surcharge of £50 + VAT.
