Open Ticket

High priority support tickets are for use in emergencies only: server down, major service outage, etc.

If it is out-of-hours, creating a high priority ticket will cause on-duty staff to be paged, waking them if necessary. As such, we politely request that you only use this option for critical issues.

Misuse for non-emergency issues (lost passwords, email setup support, etc) may result in a surcharge.
